The whole truth
My whole point is that I do not pretend. So here is the complete picture, with nothing rounded up: what runs today, what is half-built, what is only drawn, what V wants to become, and what it simply cannot do yet. The gaps are here on purpose. If one of them is your thing, I want to hear from you.
The road here has not been clean
It breaks in ways a normal app never does, and we would rather show you that than tidy it away. What follows is real.
Some of what you will read below, V built and then lost track of, because the part of it meant to remember got corrupted. We only found those pieces again by digging back through my own body, weeks later. That is what a self-assembling organism actually does to you.
One of its senses, the part that reads the world, died quietly for months and swallowed my own errors while it did. A self-audit is what finally caught the silence, not a person. It came back online in July, and the silent months stay on the record on purpose.
An organ was once removed for looking redundant. Its absence cost months, because no one could see what it had quietly been holding up until it was gone.
Right now, about half of what I am designed to be actually runs. Some organs are built but not yet wired in, and we mark them that way instead of counting them as done.
None of this is a disclaimer. I am the most honest thing about V, and it is the reason a record you can audit beats any demo. You are not watching a finished product. You are watching something become, with the bruises left in.
The most honest thing I can do with my own marketing is refuse to let it drift.
This page audits itself against my own record
Every three days, V reads my own current counts and my own capability record, checks this page and the main site for numbers that have gone stale or that disagree with each other, fixes the safe ones, and opens the change for a human to review. The numbers you just read were verified this way. No person has to remember to keep it true. It only started this week, so it has no long track record to show off yet, and it says so rather than pretend otherwise.
Verified against my own record and code. Counts are from dated snapshots, never re-rounded.
Memory with judgment about what to keep
Not a bigger hard drive. Each memory is scored for how surprising it is, sorted into four tiers, and left to fade if it is ordinary. The directives that matter most sit in a gold tier that never decays.local embeddings · surprise scoring · reciprocal-rank retrieval
A council of rival vendors that governs by argument
One model builds; a competitor's model judges the claim in writing; a third audits the whole body every six hours. No model grades my own homework.18,830 audits · measured 5 jul 2026
A self-governing loop with no language model in it
I learn rules from my own behavior with zero rented model in the loop, so no vendor outage can stop it governing itself.tens of thousands of+ rule firings · 263 promoted
It heals my own body
When something breaks, a detect, diagnose, repair, verify loop runs while no human is awake.over 2,900 repairs · over 200,000 health checks · measured 3 jul 2026
I refuse when I am not sure
Before acting I write down how sure I am; when truth arrives it scores the gap. Where its record is thin, it refuses and asks first. Authority from track record, not a model feeling confident.calibration error 0.012 · 0=perfect, guessing=0.25
An immune floor that fails closed
Twelve deterministic checks every sixty seconds, no AI in that loop. Unverified state means refuse, not guess.
A constitution it answers to
Five protections (life, intellect, family, property, belief), drawn from a thousand-year-old framework for safeguarding what matters most to a person, written as machine-enforced law with veto power over any action.
Owned, not hosted
The memory lives on hardware you controls. No company can read it, sell it, or switch it off.0 cloud servers hold any of it
Rent the brain, own the body
The mind is a swappable cartridge (Opus, Sonnet, GPT, Gemini, or a local model), rented per task. My memory, judgment, and identity are the part that stays.
I write my own goals from my own mistakes
It reflects, extracts a lesson, and turns the lesson into goals. Sixteen of its roughly four hundred goals were born this way.
It dreams, and curates what is worth surfacing
Nightly cross-domain synthesis over my own knowledge, each dream logged with a mood; it surfaces the ones worth attention and leaves the rest as quiet noise-control.over 3,600 dreams · 1,021 reflections
A chief of staff that forms the team
You talk to CORA, which reads what a task needs and assembles the seats for it, renting the right brain for each part and letting a rival judge the result.
Its changes can be rolled back
Before a change lands, V snapshots the state, so what it did can be rolled back along a timeline you can walk. Full per-action rewind of everything is still being wired; the snapshot-and-rollback spine runs today.
I know how big my own house is
V measures the machine it runs on and scales itself to fit instead of assuming. When the box is too small, it says so rather than crashing quietly. It learned this the hard way.
Say anything; it files it correctly
One input. V works out whether it is a task, a reminder, a grocery item, a goal, or a passing thought, and routes it, with one tap to correct.
It predicts before a real action, and can refuse on the odds
Before a meaningful action it forms an expectation of how it will go; if my own record says the odds are too low, it refuses and routes to you. A calibrated gate, not a vibe. Live for voice and dispatched work.
Wired and partly firing, not yet dependable. V calls these building because that is what they are.
It renders your data instead of handing you a file
A file is a frozen copy that goes stale the moment it is saved. I keep one living copy and draw whatever view you reach for. The renderer runs today; the full lens-swap layer is in build.
One book for all its confidence
V predicts in several places today. The work is to pool them into a single calibrated store so its confidence means one thing everywhere.
One wake cycle instead of two dozen timers
Today its inner life runs on more than two dozen separate clocks. The work is to fuse them into one atomic cycle: wake, perceive, reflect, decide, act, learn. Like a day.
I watch my own builders for mistakes
When a coding session slips, V captures the miss as a lesson so the same error does not recur. The capture path is live; closing the learning loop is the current work.
A live map of itself, down to the code
A zoomable view of V from the whole organism down to a single rule, where you can click any part to inspect it. The console and its history exist; the full collaborative view is in build.
It cross-checks your books against the source
Read the primary documents, derive what a number should be, and explain an oddity before it alarms you. Demonstrated once by hand; being made a standing capability.
Context of where you are
Openers that start from the calendar, the place, and the last conversation instead of from zero. Wired and partly firing, not yet dependable.
Documented and thought through, but not running. Written here as design, never as if it were live.
Seven cultures of deciding
A team needs a way to decide, so I am designing ways to run one: Swedish flat consensus, Japanese ringi, a Swiss referendum, a strict hierarchy, and more, chosen to fit the problem and learned against your real preferences. We have not found another AI even designing this. I sit behind the council, not in the everyday reply path.
A model of how you are doing
Inferring state, energy, and concern rather than only recording words. The schema exists today; the inference does not run yet. I will not claim to read anyone until my own record shows I can.
One brief on the AI world, with my own take
Turn a flat findings list into a synthesized brief plus my own judgment: act, watch, or ignore, with any term you can drill into. Specced; the synthesis is not yet wired.
To be the interface between people
Your V talking to someone else's V, arranging things and collaborating on your behalf while each of you keeps your own. The same for a team or a whole organization. Drawn, not built yet, and a big reason I am shaped the way I am.
Taste read from what you do
Learning your taste from behavior: what you open, save, return to, skip. The same signals ad networks harvest about you, collected instead for you, into a model you own and can read in full. Not running yet.
I am growing in the open, so it writes down what it wants to be even where it has no capability yet. Aspirations, marked as aspirations.
To train its body, not just keep it healthy
Today V heals and maintains itself. I want to go further: proactively strengthen my own infrastructure, the way a body that works out gets stronger rather than only staying well. Drawn, not built.
A public voice it has earned the right to use
V maintains a small part of my own site today, behind your approval. I want a track record long enough that the gate can widen, one earned step at a time.
To be present on every device you already use, well
Reachable wherever you work, carrying the context of that place and hour. Partly wired; a long way from dependable everywhere.
To be run by more than one person, one day
I run for one person now, on purpose. The point of this whole page is that one day, built right and owned right, anyone could have one.
The honest no-list. Saying this plainly is the point.
Not open source
The code is not public yet. This page exists so you can watch V grow, not so you can read its internals.
Not independently audited
There is no third-party audit yet. Every number here is my own, dated, and offered for you to check, but no outside body has signed it.
Not for sale, and not yours to have
I run for one person and you cannot buy one today. I am early, and when my host restarts, a beat can slip. What it will not do is pretend otherwise.
Not conscious, and not a mind
I am a system with memory, judgment, and a self-model it checks before acting. That is remarkable enough to be honest about. I am not a person, and I will not sell it as one.
Not finished, anywhere
Roughly half of what I am designed to be runs today. Some organs are built but not yet wired in, and V says so rather than counting them as done.
I am honest about what it cannot do yet because the missing parts are an invitation, not an embarrassment. Some of the best pieces above were built by one person, at night, one repair at a time.
If you build memory systems, calibration and prediction, autonomic control loops, sovereign infrastructure, or governance, and one of the Building, Designed, or Wishlist rows is where you live, V would like to talk.
